Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you will have 14 days from the delivery date to return or possibly exchange your product. All returned/exchanged products must be completely undamaged. Please contact us with any manufactured defects so we may address the situation accordingly.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items, and for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Reasons for Returns

Returned by Customer - We advise our customers to contact us before returning any products. All products must be returned unworn with the original tags attached and in the original packaging. We cannot accept any products that have been washed.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and will only discuss refunds and/or exchanges if the item has not been worn or used.


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

It is up to the discretion of our Customer Care Team, on whether the item is suitable for return.
